I am for rewriting laws that negate our inalienable equal rights. State and Federal "laws" that saddle us with regulations which violate The Bill of Rights will be protested by public leaders who organize with the citizenry. We will join with other locales and bring the Light of Consciousness upon the "higher" entities of Government who forgot that there is no cause for their interference UNLESS we violate the concepts of open process and equality of individuals. Rules beyond this should be loudly protested by networking with other locales for our common cause.
Direct public works to clean up broken glass, just as obstructions that disable cars from running are promptly taken care of. Equality of Law. The cops should be looking for this harm, instead of for pot. We do not need more cops, we need them to be looking for real crimes of assault, harassment, vandalism, harmfulness to others. We can direct them to focus NOT on "victimless crimes"!
Don't mow the lawns so much. No "leafblowers". Fiscal tightness. Automated-cleaning public restrooms. Make harassment illegal: write laws accurately. Legal camping, respectful of private property, and with anti-noise and mess laws equally applied to all!
