Thank you for visiting my homepage. As a long-time indepenent
investigator and former candidate for public office, I know the
power to create a better world is in our collective hands.
There are many under-reported successes and many unappreciated
wordviews to check out as our mutual understanding of the world
grows.
Open-mindedness is the best asset as we distinguish between
enforced opinion and genuine insight.

So what will Harmony do when
the nice Government clamps down the martial law while we have
no defense? Who will protect one's family from [controlled] gangs
or whatever can be manipulated like another managed conflict
that we happen to have much "national karma" in imposing
everyhwhere else?
Dealing with the whole gun control thing in a place like Arcata
is very interesting, because "conspiracies" are not
allowed in the media venues, therefore applying a remedy to the
person who can't handle his piece or alcohol or car, PARTICULARLY,
isn't much integrated into the "safety versus freedom"
dialectic. Instead, the actions of some are allowed, in order
to control against the freedom of all (the presumed innocent).
Yet even the "safety" parameter is not evenly applied...so
get a clue.
My main point is that the community gets quite biased emotional
input regarding the gun control thing. And the outcomes of thought
are constricted accordingly. I would think that more people more
educated on the machinations of "civil conflict" as
used for Occupation and invasion, would cause more to know that
ultimately you defend yourself, especially from your "own"
government. And, you ultimately are the final judge (Citizen's
Conscience).
The elites think the 1st Amendment is more dangerous to them
than the 2nd. How many of our community have studied information
regarding "fully informed jurors"...that in our true
common Constitutional Law heritage, law is judged by the citizen
in the situation. Juries are legally capable of finding the fact
of a charge true, while nullifying the sentencing rules. This
is American Revolutionary tradition, and how we peacefully began
standing up to the British with less violence...you know, non-cooperation,
something about Ghandi and Lech and Chile and our very near future
"United we stand" Ameri(k)a. Why is this not taught
in our schools, our universities? So the debate is already skewed
by..."education", media, and...let's throw out all
deterence to the ugly fascism blossoming upon our land. |

This is the absurdity of what was supposed to be a Constitutional
Republic. We are socked under these unConstitutional
rules by which "they" can deny the spirit of Law by
manipulating the letter. They have no business telling us we
are proscribed...as long as we don't violate the basic rights.
Do I hear over-regulation?! These are excuses and good politicians
don't buck excuses! You don't get it people!
Thomas Jefferson is rolling in his grave, but he remembers
to say happy Independence Day! (Especially since the Declaration
of Independence he wrote was actually ratified on this day in
1776.) So do the Iriquois if the 'white man thing' stops one
from seeing the gist of the message.
If I were a Councilman, I would
organize a way for an "informal" "straw vote"
with polling booths around town. We would see what the probable
formal majority would say, take into account the trolls and apathetics,
and then simply move Council to vote it in.
If there are "legal problems" with doing that then
I would make a publicity about interference with our rightful
self-government, and network, and try to get on talk shows such
as Rense and whomever. This
is if Council wouldn't discuss and vote on it the way I think
it wise, which would be a balance between what I think and what
I think my constituents would want. That is the role of a Representative
who is supposed to be more studied and capable of government
than the people who are busy concentrating on other things in
their lives, such as making money (pun intended, see Federal
Reserve ownership info.).
The Byzintine legalities have got to go; this is one of the
reasons the Americans of the 17 states passed the first
13th Amendment banning Titles of Nobilities from citizenship:
they were pissed off at the lawyers who many perceived, and rightly
so, were working
for the banksters. That got passed by the 13th State, Virginia,
after the burning
of Washington D.C. (along with many incriminating and informative
documents and books) during the War of 1812 that interrupted
the process.
Basically, Titles
of Nobilities are any privilege that says you can compete
in the free market but Joe over there may not. We have free choice
to choose who we want to lawyer, doctor, or teach us. Period.
And because we do NOT have freedom to do so we have been royally
screwed.
Why does it have to take so much work to do anything in even
local government? Only the shadow knows but Common Sense says
something we probably won't here in the controlled venues of
Arcata media. Or YOUR
local and independent
media (if you don't think this is relevant to your village out
there!). |
Fahrenheit 9/11: What's missing?
|
|
Since Friday, June 26, this work of art has become a dominant
phenomenon in American politics. Absurd efforts by reactionary
groups to block access have only spurred the greatest support
in history for a documentary film.
While Michael Moore
is right to focus on the business connections of Bush & Co.,
he may be missing the boat on which
foreign power is most responsible for 9/11 and the Iraq war... |
An independent audit confirms it: Uncertified
vote-counting machines are in use in Humboldt County!
|
|
Jane Allen of San Francisco submitted the following response
to a Times-Standard
editorial and has given permission to reprint:
Your editorial states that there are no problems with Humboldt
County elections. If you will read the April 16, 2004 report
to the Secretary of State
prepared by R&G Associates,
you will see that Humboldt
County does have potential problems:
"The precinct count optical scan equipment and firmware
is federally qualified but is not State certified. The central
count optical scan equipment and firmware is not federally qualified
or State certified. The DRE equipment and firmware is not federally
qualified and is State certified; however, records to date are
unable to verify if the version number that is being used is
the version that was certified."
A summary of this report is online.
The entire R&G
audit report for the 41 non-Diebold counties is online
as well. |

Green Party nomination was stolen away from the choice of
Green voters, Ralph Nader

Kerry Iraq Vote |
|
On March 21, 2003, John Kerry voted "that
the Congress expresses the unequivocal support and appreciation
of the Nation to the President for his firm leadership and decisive
action in the conduct of military operations in Iraq."
Kerry has since shown his attitude toward the Iraq war by calling
for more U.S. troops to be recruited or drafted and sent into
the fire. Click here
to read the full text of H. CON. RES. 104, and here
to list all the pro-war, pro-Bush Democrats who expressed their
unequivocal support for the lies and distortions of this
Administration, responsible for nearly 1,000 U.S. and over 11,000
Iraqi deaths. |
